To fully indulge in the glorious ritual of matcha tea, allow half a teaspoon per person, per tea bowl. Matcha is not brewed, but rather whisked. For best results, add water just under a boil to your tea bowl and whisk in a zig zag motion until frothy. Enjoy, without straining, straight from the bowl.
You will be able to make at least 25 serves of matcha from this lovely brown glass jar. And it needs be said, this makes a heck of a Matcha Latte when almond milk enters the equation too.
