Gift vouchers will be automatically sent via email (you may need to check your junk folder) or we can post a physical gift voucher but you’ll need to email us to confirm this. To post the gift voucher, there is no fee for regularly letter post, however it is not tracked or registered, the voucher is not our responsibility once posted. For register and tracking, there is a $6.50 charge.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online or in store.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Lost or misplaced vouchers cannot be replaced. If you require a replacement voucher, there will be a $6.50 fee. We would need to ensure the original voucher is unused and cancelled before re-issuing.
