Free Postage for Purchases over $100 within Australia
Have You Met Charlie? will offer free standard postage for purchases over $100, sometime it might be worth topping up your order to receive free shipping and with all the loveliness Charlie offers we are sure you won't find this hard to do.
 
Flat Rate Shipping for $8
If you purchase from Have You Met Charlie? is under $100, we offer a flat Standard Post rate of $8.00.
Your parcel will be posted with a tracking number. This tracking number will emailed to you on fulfillment of your order.
Parcels will be sent by Parcel Post. Parcel Post is a traceable service, however signature on delivery is not required for Parcel Post. We do not take responsibility for any parcels once sent. 
If you would like your item sent via Express Post, our rate is $12.00.
For a more secure service, you can also opt to purchase Signature on Delivery for $2.95. 

**Please note that we post items Mon-Fri while we are in the store. The cut off time for Express Post same day postage is 11am Adelaide time. Later than this time will mean your item will be posted the next business day. Once your order has been posted you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on your way. Every effort will be made to post the item out at the earliest possible time.

International Orders
International orders to North America, including the United States, Canada, Mexico & New Zealand have a rate of $25 which includes tracking which is Australia Post's trackable post.
International orders to the UK and Europe have a rate of $25 which includes tracing which is Australia Post's trackable post.
Have You Met Charlie? is not responsible for any loss of parcels via air or sea mail or any import duty taxes. Allow up to 3 business days for international orders to be posted from our store.

Additional information in regards to postage
Please ensure you note the correct and full postal address when completing your order. If the incorrect postal address is supplied, Have You Met Charlie? is not responsible to track or replace your order.

Store Pick Up/Collection
You may notice Have You Met Charlie? has an option to collect your item in store avoiding any postage charges for those of you who live in or are visiting Adelaide. An email will be sent to you once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. Please ensure you check the store opening times before coming to visit Charlie and collecting your items. ID must be presented at pick up. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please provide their name in the 'Notes' during the order process.

Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days of purchase , if you simply change your mind we will happily
-   Exchange with another product of equal or higher value
-   Receipt must be provided for exhange or return  
-   You will be required to pay for return postage if posted for return

We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or the product is not true to its description.
The majority of our products are handmade and each product may vary to the last. This is one of the reasons we love stocking work from designers/makers as you are truly getting a one of a kind piece. We deal direct with our sellers and if you are unhappy with an item we will work together to make sure the problem is resolved.

If your item is faulty please send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to hello@haveyoumetcharlie.com for our assessment.
If your product is found to be faulty (and we really hope you never receive a faulty item from us!) then we will have you post the item back to us with your proof of purchase. You have the choice of receiving a refund or replacing the item to its equivalent value.

Have You Met Charlie? will not exchange or refund an item that has been
damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy
Have You Met Charlie? reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page only. It is recommended that you check this page for each purchase you make.
