Upon fulfilment of your order, we'll send an email with your tracking number, please refer direct to Australia Posts website for updated details about your package.

If your parcel is much cheaper to post, we will happily refund the remainder of the postage payment

Australia Post rates vary from postcode to postcode, and also vary based on parcel size and weight. Due to this, on occasion the postage fee may far exceed our allowance. On these occasions we will need to pass on the extra postage cost to the customer, in which case we will contact you to discuss further. As a small business supporting independent artists, it is just not viable for us to cover any excessive postage costs. We thank you for your understanding. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you on fulfilment of your order.

Parcels will be sent by Parcel Post. Parcel Post is a traceable service, however signature on delivery is not required for Parcel Post. We do not take responsibility for any parcels once Parcel Post has received your packed parcel from us.

Click & Collect - Store Pick Up/Collection - Adelaide Arcade Store Only

Have You Met Charlie? has an option to collect your item in store to avoid any postage charges for those of you who live in or are visiting Adelaide. 

Click & Collect is only available at our Adelaide Arcade store.

An email will be sent to you once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. 

Please ensure you check the store opening times before coming to collect your items. ID must be presented at pick up. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please provide their name in the 'Notes' section during the order process.

We will provide 2 additional email reminders about your Click & Collect order. Failure to collect after 8 weeks without notification will result in your order being cancelled and your purchased items returned to floor stock. No credit or exchange will be available.




If you simply change your mind on your purchase within 14 days of purchase, we will happily exchange your item with another product of equal or greater value. However, the following conditions apply:

Receipt must be provided for an exchange  

You will be required to pay for return postage if posted for return, and redelivery if a new item is required to be delivered to you

No exchanges can be made on:
Face Masks 
Food products
Gift cards
Body products 
Used products
Products without existing tags and packaging in place
Sale items


We do not offer refunds unless an item is proven to be faulty or the product is not true to its description. 

The majority of our products are handmade and each product often varies from one another. This is one of the reasons as to why we love and are so passionate about stocking the work from designers/makers as you are truly getting a one of a kind piece. 

We deal directly with our sellers and if you are unhappy with an item, we will work together to ensure the problem is resolved.

If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us and send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to for our assessment. 

If your product is proven to be faulty (we really hope this is never the case!), we will have you return the item to one of our stores or post the item back to us if you are not in Adelaide with your proof of purchase. If you are not based in Adelaide, postage will be paid by Have You Met Charlie? 

After you have returned the item with your proof of purchase, you have the choice of receiving a refund or exchanging the item to its equivalent value. 

Have You Met Charlie? will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy

Have You Met Charlie? reserves the right to modify this policy at any given time. Any changes to our policy will be posted to this page only. We recommended that you check this page before each purchase you make.



Have You Met Charlie? prices are all in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices on our website are subject to change without further notice.

Have You Met Charlie? will display items in the clearest possible way and provide as much description to ensure that you have detailed information about the item you are purchasing. 

Please keep in mind, however, that you are viewing the item on a device (i.e. computer or phone) and the appearance of some items may vary slightly or significantly.

Minimum purchase $75

Afterpay purchases require four equal fortnightly payments. Your order will be shipped after you have made the first instalment.

You are legally required to pay the remaining instalments every two weeks.

Afterpay purchases are non-refundable and exchanges or returns of sales through Afterpay will have the Afterpay fees deducted from the amount available in credit.
