Everyone loves a good sale, and we love to share a discount code or two with you every now and then. Yay! There are a few conditions* that apply to our codes which you can read up about here:

*Discount codes exclude Gift Cards, or services such as Custom, Wholesale, or Events. Standard shipping rates still apply.

Within 14 days of purchase , if you simply change your mind we will happily
-   Exchange with another product of equal or higher value
-   Receipt must be provided for exhange or return  
-   You will be required to pay for return postage if posted for return

No exchanges can be made on

Gift Cards
Body Products
Used products without existing tags and packaging in place
Sale items

We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or the product is not true to its description.
The majority of our products are handmade and each product may vary to the last. This is one of the reasons we love stocking work from designers/makers as you are truly getting a one of a kind piece. We deal direct with our sellers and if you are unhappy with an item we will work together to make sure the problem is resolved.

If your item is faulty please send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to for our assessment.
If your product is found to be faulty (and we really hope you never receive a faulty item from us!) then we will have you post the item back to us with your proof of purchase. You have the choice of receiving a refund or replacing the item to its equivalent value.

Have You Met Charlie? will not exchange or refund an item that has been
damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy

Have You Met Charlie? reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page only. It is recommended that you check this page for each purchase you make.


1 x $50 gift voucher will be issued each month electronically. This can be used in store or online.

  • You must share your purchase from Have You Met Charlie? clearly on your Instagram page.
  • We must be able to view your post and it must remain there for at least 2 months.
  • You must use the hashtag #itotallymetcharlie and also tag us as @haveyoumetcharlie
  • We will announce winners once a month, at times the announcement may be delayed but there will still be a monthly winner.
  • Your post will be shared and by entering the giveaway, you agree to your image being shared on our Instagram and Facebook stories.
  • The same person can win no more than 3 giveaways per year however not consecutive months.
  • Voucher cannot be used on sale items or special offers and not in conjunction with any other offer.

Have You Met Charlie? prices are all in AUD and include Good and Services Tax ("GST") where applicable. Prices on our website are subject to change without further notice.

Have You Met Charlie? will display items in the clearest manner possible and provide as much description as possible to ensure you have detailed information about the item you are purchasing. Please keep in mind however that you are viewing the item via a computer screen and some colours may vary slightly.
However Have You Met Charlie? cannot accept responsibility or liability for loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website.

Pay for your order in four equal fortnightly payments. Your order will be shipped now. No interest, no additional fees, when you pay on time.

Afterpay purchased are non refundable, and exchanges or returns of sales through Afterpay will have the Afterpay fees deducted from the amount available in credit.
